Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of and participation in The High Frequency Challenge, operated by Laura Catella (“High Frequency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the challenge, you agree to these terms.

The High Frequency Challenge is a live educational and personal-development experience scheduled to include a kickoff call on September 30 and challenge programming from October 1 through October 30. Reasonable changes to dates, delivery format, speakers, community access, or program details may be made when necessary.

Participation is intended for adults age 18 or older. You are responsible for having the internet access, devices, and third-party accounts needed to participate.

The advertised purchase price is a one-time $20 USD payment. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal, and their separate terms and privacy practices also apply.

Refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any refund terms displayed at checkout. To request help with a payment, email support@hfyear.com.

You agree to participate respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, unauthorized promotion, impersonation, unlawful content, or conduct that disrupts the experience may result in removal from calls, community spaces, or the challenge.

Private community content and information shared by other participants should remain confidential. We cannot guarantee that another participant will preserve confidentiality, so use care when sharing personal information.

Challenge lessons, recordings, written materials, branding, and other original content are owned by or licensed to High Frequency. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the challenge. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or create competing materials from challenge content without written permission.

The referral program is for prizes and recognition only. It does not create an affiliate relationship, commission, revenue share, employment relationship, or right to payment. Eligibility, prize details, deadlines, tie handling, verification, and fulfillment may be governed by separate official rules announced before prizes are awarded.

Fraudulent, duplicate, self-referred, refunded, disputed, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded from referral totals.

The challenge provides educational and personal-development information. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, financial, or other licensed professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Testimonials, examples, stated values, and program descriptions are illustrative. Individual outcomes vary, and no specific personal, relationship, career, health, or financial result is promised or guaranteed.

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but live calls, email delivery, websites, community platforms, and third-party services may occasionally be interrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the challenge is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or any particular outcome.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. Any additional liability, dispute-resolution, governing-law, or venue language should be finalized with qualified counsel for the jurisdictions in which the challenge is offered.
