We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, contact-form message, intake-form responses, and information you share while participating in the challenge.

When you purchase, we receive limited transaction information such as the payment provider, payment status, transaction identifiers, payer contact details, and purchase time. Stripe and PayPal process payment-card or account credentials; this website does not store full card details.

We also use referral codes, attribution cookies, basic device or browser information, and website analytics to operate the funnel, credit confirmed referrals, maintain security, and understand site use.

Information is used to process and confirm purchases, deliver challenge emails and access, answer support requests, operate referrals and leaderboards, prevent fraud, maintain records, improve the experience, and comply with applicable obligations.

Leaderboard names are privacy-limited, generally using a first name and last initial rather than a full legal name.

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the challenge, including Stripe and PayPal for payments, Resend for email delivery, our website hosting and application infrastructure provider, website analytics providers, Telegram for the private community, and Google when you choose to submit the intake form.

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information for money.

The website may use necessary cookies or similar storage for referral attribution, session security, and basic site operation. Referral attribution is used to connect a later verified purchase to the purchaser whose link was shared. Self-referrals, duplicates, and invalid transactions may be rejected.

Purchase confirmations and essential challenge information are sent from hello@updates.hfyear.com. Replies and support requests are handled at support@hfyear.com.

Broadcast emails include an unsubscribe option where required. Unsubscribing from non-essential messages may limit our ability to send reminders, while transaction or support messages may still be sent when necessary to provide what you purchased.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the challenge, maintain transaction and referral records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other action concerning personal information. Send requests to support@hfyear.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
